Basalt

Basalt stone is most commonly used in the asphalt, concrete, construction chemicals, and insulation sectors. The asphalt widely used today is a byproduct obtained from the refining of petroleum. Pitch is the black substance obtained during the distillation phase of bituminous coal. Our basalt varieties are Emre Taş Madencilik products and are produced in Kayseri.
