Right of withdrawal and returns

Without prejudice to the exceptions provided in the legislation, the consumer may withdraw within fourteen days from the date on which the consumer or a third party determined by the consumer receives the goods, without providing any justification. In a single order delivered separately, the start date is the day the last good is received; for multi-part products, the last part; and for regular deliveries, the first good. Delivery to the carrier is not considered delivery to the consumer; the consumer may also withdraw before the product is delivered. The withdrawal notice must be transmitted via written or permanent data storage to the following channel before the period expires:

  • Consumer's time to return the product: 10 days starting from the date the withdrawal notice is sent. If the seller has offered to collect the product themselves, the consumer is not required to ship it.
  • Seller's refund period: 14 days starting from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the seller; payments collected, including delivery costs paid by the consumer if any, shall be refunded using the payment instrument used during the purchase and without imposing any cost on the consumer.

If the product is specially prepared according to the buyer's request or personal needs, the exception does not apply automatically. The nature of the product and the custom process for the order must be reviewed by a legal professional. Legal rights regarding defective goods are reserved.

Dispute resolution

The consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee within the monetary limits as of the date of application or, in cases stipulated by legislation, to the consumer court following mediation. For current limits and procedural rules, the official guide of the Ministry of Trade shall be taken as the basis.

Consumer confirmation

Provision is made for you to read and save this form and the distance sales contract before the order is completed. At the order confirmation step, it is confirmed via separate and verifiable transaction records, with the payment obligation clearly stated, that the preliminary information has been obtained and the contract has been accepted. Marketing consent is not tied to this confirmation.
